DERBOBEN HOLZIMPORT GmbH

For decades we have been known as a reliable partner, even in case of non-standard orders or unusual tasks set by our customers. Due to the immediate connection to the BAB-3 motorway from Regensburg to Passau, the size of our plant site that extends over more than 30 hectares, and because of the finely tuned logistics we are one of the prime addresses.

Up to 950,000 cubic metres are logged per year. The products are used in structural and civil engineering and in the manufacturing industry. However, we are specialized in the individual production of structural timber on demand and timber as per list. In order to be able to carry out the great variety of different orders fast and efficiently we have developed a specific scheme concerning the annual working time of our employees – for the benefit of our customers. After all 110 to 140 truckloads of  fir and spruce logs, mainly from the Bavarian Forest, are to be processed – day by day, and in lengths from 4 to 21 metres.
